Sealed Juvenile Records ("we", "us") operates a distribution vault, storefront and archive for independent artists. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Contact details you submit via the contact or distribution application forms (name, email, message).
- Track metadata and uploaded audio/cover art when you submit music for review.
- Checkout and payment data processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
- Anonymous analytics (sessions, page views) to measure storefront traffic.
3. How we use it
To review submissions, fulfill purchases, deliver download links, respond to inquiries, and improve the platform. We never sell your data. Distribution and royalty data is shared only with the parties required to administer your release.
4. Storage & retention
Records are stored on secure platform infrastructure. Submitted tracks are held privately; download links expire after 7 days. We retain application and order records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

We use minimal analytics to understand traffic. No intrusive tracking or advertising cookies are set by this site.
